Bairrada Chardonnay

2017

Vinification Process

Soft pressing of grapes and partial fermentation in oak. "Batonnage" on lees for 4 months.

Tasting Notes

Crystalline and citrine color. The aroma proves to be delicate and fine, where it enhances the mineral character, reminding stone and slight citrus fruit. In the mouth the first impression is of greasiness, evolving into a feeling of softness and freshness, prolonging a very pleasant finish.
