Vinification Process

Crushing and so pressing of the grapes. Grape is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel vats. When the grape reaches the desired level of sweetness, brandy (77%) is added so that the alcoholic fermentation stop with the presence of residual sugar.

Tasting Notes

It is a light Ruby style Port wine, which features an attractive pink color, the result of a limited contact with the skins of traditional Douro grape varieties during winemaking. This innovative port wine is lighter and fruity. Serve chilled. It is delicious as dessert.
